PATCH REQUESTS
We get a lot of request for duplicate/replica's and or Real Department Patches.
Unfortunately, due to security concerns of person(s) attempting to impersonate a police officer, we do not share our patches.
This is illegal to impersonate a Police Officer under MCL 750.215-217c, and do not want to contribute to that, by giving away something that would identify a person, as Law Enforcement, when they are not.
We hold high regard of professionalism, respect and honor to represent the Community of Berkley, and in doing so, hold pride in our Patch. It symbolizes our Police authority and responsibility, our Fire protection and service, and the State of Michigan in general.
Although we will not send out, deliver, or handout our used patches, we are happy to provide when able, other small tokens of thanks to our kids in the community such as stickers, pencils, temporary tattoos, water bottles, or whatever other goodies we have in store.
We thank those who honor and respect our decision, and hope you understand we never want someone to obtain our patch for illicit means.
But, we do offer a way to get a patch, for those that are up to the task!! Click below.
